Training & Development Specialist

We are seeking experienced TouchView Street Team members to support and grow our regional and nationwide presence.  The ideal candidate will have a background in public speaking and come from the K-12 industry.  Familiarity with TouchView, or other interactive panels, is a significant plus.

Responsibilities 

  • Create and develop a presentation and program to educate current and prospective clients 
  • Conduct at minimum 4-5 virtual training or sales demos per day from our Middleboro office 
  • Create training materials, documentation and videos  
  • Serve as the face of the TouchView brand 
  • Identify conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to maximize TouchView’s impact   
  • Input all contacts into lead repository and follow up within seven (7) days of event’s end 
  • Help grow TouchView’s footprint nationwide 
  • Engage with potential clients in identified high-volume regions 
  • Distribute promotional materials, line cards, and TouchView-branded items 
  • Become a recognized expert on the suite of TouchView’s technical capabilities and service offerings 
  • Perform follow up activities to gauge buying interest and answer any questions 
  • Host events designed to promote the brand and deliver a positive impression of TouchView 
  • Build brand awareness and loyalty 
  • Generate buzz towards increasing market visibility 
  • Collaborate with sales team to inform nationwide strategic attendance  
  • Provide support and education to clients and home office while also understanding when support is required for you  
  • Liaison between company, clients, site POCs, and home office  
  • Maintain client satisfaction through communication, coordination, and responsiveness 
  • Provide regular client and project status updates to management, marketing, and executives   
  • Adhere to specifications, instructions, best practices, and standard procedures 
  • Perform other duties as requested 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, or equivalent experience 
  • Valid Teaching certificate is a plus 
  • Held previous role as teacher, education tech coach or technology trainer    
  • Fluent in Interactive touch panel technology, google APPS and other Educational applications is a plus 
  • Quickly become proficient with TouchView capabilities and overall technology 
  • Exceptional client service abilities 
  • Develop real-life connections with consumers 
  • Temperament to function well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical talents 
  • Adept at multi-tasking and time management 
  • Capability to quickly understand prospective client needs and how TouchView can assist  
  • Ability to always be “on” when representing Ockers and TouchView 
  • Passion for client service and quality of work  
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Well-developed people skills with an ability to collaborate with diverse personalities 
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate 
  • Outstanding organizational proficiencies and diligence with details 
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving talents  
  • Capable of working unsupervised while consistently demonstrating great time management aptitude 
  • Successful completion of background check, with driving record after offer acceptance  

Travel 

The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel. Travel generally consists of day trips to customer sites or overnights for trainings and/or trade shows.  

Compensation: 

The annual pre-tax salary for this role is $55,000 to $75,000, which is dependent on the candidate’s background, certifications, and experience
