About Automation Concepts & Technologies, Inc.
Automation Concepts was founded in 1989 by Brian McCafferty with the idea that successful companies should be partners with their clients, and that honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of these relationships.
Originally started as a software development company, Automation Concepts moved into computer networking, when required to build out client networks in order to run their software. Software development eventually gave way to network engineering and cybersecurity, and finally Fully Managed IT Services with Cybersecurity for small to medium sized businesses. Now in its 31st year, Automation Concepts prides itself on their focus on extreme customer service, which has led to client retention that exceeds 25 years in many cases.
While delivering outstanding Managed Services, Automation Concepts had often been frustrated by having to outsource critical aspects of customer services like cabling, electrical work, video surveillance and physical security. Finding a partner large enough to deliver these services and still nimble enough to adapt to evolving trends has been a key element in their plans for growth.
