BROCKTON, MA — Ockers Technologies, a leading technology solutions provider serving organizations throughout New England and beyond, announced today the acquisition of Ayacht Technology Solutions, a respected provider of wireless communications, networking, infrastructure, security, and managed technology services.
The acquisition represents another significant step in Ockers Technologies’ continued growth strategy and further expands the company’s infrastructure, managed IT, and technical service capabilities throughout the Northeast. By combining the strengths of both organizations, customers will gain access to a broader portfolio of solutions, enhanced technical expertise, expanded service resources, and increased operational support.
As part of the acquisition, all Ayacht Technology Solutions employees have joined the Ockers Technologies team, ensuring continuity for customers and preserving the high level of service and support Ayacht clients have come to expect over the years. In addition, longtime technology leader Bill Wronski has joined Ockers Technologies as part of the transition, further strengthening the company’s technical leadership and service capabilities.

Ayotte and Wronski bring more than 21 years of experience supporting the Boston Red Sox organization and numerous Major League Baseball franchises, providing enterprise-level technology expertise across high-profile sports and entertainment environments. Ayacht Technology Solutions has also served as the IT provider for the Worcester Red Sox (WooSox) since Polar Park opened in Worcester.
