Dell announced their new Partner Direct structure in May 2011, which put all top level Dell Certified partners to either Preferred or Premier Partners centered on training, accreditations and revenue. Ockers was one of a handful of partners who made it to the preferred level.
To achieve preferred status, partners must hold special certifications on at least two of Dell’s four technology tracks (servers, storage, networking and security, and systems management). In addition to the accreditations, partners are also required to reach a revenue target.
By accomplishing the preferred partner status the Ockers Company will now obtain an enhanced level of support and service from Dell, improved deal protection along with a higher level of discount on pricing. With this partnership, Dell allows The Ockers Company to offer its customers a superior level of service, in addition to incomparable pricing and support.
